Very nice! I used 4 smaller russet potatoes, rinsed in cold water and spun dry in the salad spinnerThe amount of egg / flour was just right.
Ho usato 1 cucchiaino di sale aromatizzato per l'area di sale/pepe a piacere. Era buono, probabilmente lo farò di nuovo, ma non è eccezionale.
Questi erano buoni. Non ho fatto seccare le patate come avrei dovuto. Un po' di salsa Ranch ha dato un buon sapore a questi. Bello.
