Sbaglio sempre il riso. Ho omesso il sale e aggiunto 3,5 tazze di brodo di pollo. È delizioso!!!!!!!! È assolutamente perfetto.
Wow! Questa ricetta e tecnica sono semplici ma perfette. Non avrei mai pensato di cucinare il riso in forno, ma questo è il miglior riso che abbia mai fatto. Mio figlio e io non riuscivamo a saziarci.
L'ho fatto di nuovo. Questa volta con riso bianco che ho cucinato nel mio cuociriso. Ho cotto prima la cipolla nel burro/olio e poi l'ho mescolata con il riso.
