Ho fatto questo per il mio Club delle Cene Mensili delle Donne. È stata la mia prima volta cucinando filet mignon ed è venuto perfetto.
Ottima ricetta. Tieni da parte la salsa in eccesso e usala su bistecche più tardi nella settimana.
Questo era davvero buono. La mia famiglia potrebbe preferire un po' meno pepe la prossima volta.
