Sehr gutes Rezept. Ich muss noch etwas mit der Temperatur üben, damit der Zucker nicht verbrennt. Geschmacklich aber wirklich sehr gut.
War wirklich sehr lecker. Ich fand das die Marinade richtig gut mit dem Rest harmoniert hat. Ich hab neben dem Hähnchenbrustfilet noch Champions abwechselnt aufgespießt, was ich nicht bereue ;) Man muss einfach sagen, dass es großartig war! Danke :)
Auch ohne Mirin, Sesam und Ingwer sehr lecker! Wird es auf jeden Fall wieder geben :)
