Dào の Yì びんご Fǔ Zhōng レストラン

There are surprisingly few roadside stations in the city center adjacent to the central station and department stores. The area around seems to be undergoing redevelopment. I have visited occasionally since it was newly opened, and while they had a nice lunch space, the community exchange area was closed. (Perhaps due to COVID-19 measures)

This is a small roadside station with a direct sales corner, a dining corner, and a merchandise corner facing each other. I had the miso ramen with Fuchu miso, and the soup was very delicious, but the noodles were average. I didn't quite understand the purpose of the small dish that came with nothing on it. The public restroom, or at least the one I used, had a bidet toilet seat that sprayed water quite forcefully, so I ended up getting my backside wet.

I stopped by the "HAPPY SUNDAY MARKET" at Michi no Eki Bingu Fuchu [Every 3rd Sunday of the month]. There were a lot of kitchen car stands selling fresh local vegetables. There were also many handmade accessories, bags, and other items for sale. I felt that there were a lot of healthy food stands. It was a great opportunity to encounter fresh vegetables and new exciting products. Make sure to visit and check it out~ It's right next to Tenmaya. I was able to make some great deals with my shopping.

割と街中にある道の駅。 府中市は味噌が有名なんですかね。 味噌カツ定食と味噌ラーメンを夫婦で食べましたが、なかなかの一品でした。 お土産も多種あり、また道の駅らしく野菜もあって楽しませてもらいました。 初めて見たわ、デカイチゴ レストランの注文方法が解りにくいけど、店員さんが親切に教えてくれます。 2022.2.6(Sun) ・入っていく突き当り左側にメニューを書いた番号札が置いてあるので取る ・それをカウンターで渡して、番号札だけを受け取り席で待つ（か、曜日によってはカウンターまで取りに行くのかも） ・（今日は）ホール係が番ご注文の方！と言いながら膳を運んでくるので、手を挙げるなり合図をする ・いただきます

道の駅 びんご府中に立ち寄りました。 ランチで府中ラーメンを頂きました。 赤味噌を使ったラーメンを食べるのは初めてでした。濃厚なスープで美味しかったです。 ´ڡ`
