いっちょう Hǎi Shān Tíng Shān Hù Diàn

I was craving some thick-cut udon, so I decided to visit Itcho. The noodles were wide and thin, and the vegetables were flavorful. Although removing the sinew from the tuna was a bit inconvenient, it was a fresh and enjoyable experience. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money with the decent portion size.

I would like to review Itcho Sugi Tobu Store. The side dishes in the set menu seem to vary depending on the time you order. For those concerned, please note that the water and tea are self-service. If you are particular about chopsticks, you may want to bring disposable chopsticks or your own. Unfortunately, while eating the chawanmushi, I found a strand of hair in the middle of it. It seemed like the chef may not have been wearing a hat during preparation. The parking lot was spacious and convenient. Payment is accepted in cash or credit card only, PayPay is not accepted. When ordering a dish around 2500 yen, the chef came out to greet us. They use Koshihikari rice from Niigata, and the dish was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This restaurant is fantastic in many aspects. It stands out as the only place in the vicinity where you can enjoy this kind of alcohol, leading to it being consistently busy. The parking lot is impressively large, and the restaurant's design has a unique Japanese-inspired theme both inside and out. Despite offering a wide variety of dishes, they tend to sell out fast. The food is decent, but not budget-friendly. With numerous private rooms, it's a recommended spot for lively gatherings with family.
