I was invited to a small farewell party for a colleague who was transferring to a southern island. And there, it was the only place in Yanai City where you could enjoy a ramen as a closer. I visited Daibashi Ramen for the first time since they started serving ramen in July last year, accompanied by local ramen and curry artisans. It's been a year since my last visit to Daibashi Ramen. The soup, which is rich in the umami flavor of fish, mainly sea bream, is light yet rich, deep and delicious!! It has become more salty compared to a year ago, making it the perfect balance for a closer ramen. The rare chicken breast char siu has been changed to a grilled fish, which is also NICE. It's fragrant, fatty and delicious! The flavor change with lemon slowly melting into the soup is also great! The stronger saltiness of the soup pairs well with the lemon. I personally thought it was a good decision to remove the seaweed. Wow, I was really surprised at how much it has evolved in this past year! It's delicious ramen. I highly recommend it without exaggeration. Thank you for the meal!
After the New Year, I enjoyed a meal with my friend focused on sashimi. In the countryside, we are used to eating fresh fish, so the customers would not be surprised if the dishes were not even fresher. We were satisfied with each dish we had along with the recommended Eastern beauty and left the restaurant happy.

二度目の来店 o 予約でお刺身類が少なかったのですが、マスターが親切に刺し盛りを作って下さりました! タコの天ぷらやカキフライも新鮮でした! 焼き鳥も美味しかった
