Jū Jiǔ Wū Chéng - 加美町

This is a set menu-only restaurant. I had the "Pine, Bamboo, Plum" set menu, which cost 3,850 yen for the Plum course. The set menu includes three drinks. The dishes are carefully prepared, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. The owner's personality is also very likable.

It has a building that looks like it has been partially renovated at home. The building is old, but there are counters, private rooms, and second-floor seats, so quite a few people can come in. Perhaps by chance, there is no menu, but if you say your budget, they will make it accordingly, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. This time, three drinks and five to six dishes cost exactly 3,500 yen. It might be a good hideaway spot.

The food is excellent! The owner's discerning eye and meticulous preparation are outstanding! It's a hidden gem that I don't want to share because I hate it when it gets crowded!
