おざわ Shí Táng - 加美町

I visited this restaurant for the first time. When you enter, there are ticket machines on the right side and two tatami rooms, three tables, and a counter on the left side. It is a small restaurant, but you can also eat outside, so it is safe even during the pandemic. I had the salt chicken ramen and curry rice. The salt chicken ramen had a light soup and the chicken chashu was tender, which was very delicious. The curry rice was moderately spicy and had a rich flavor. The service was also good, and I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I visited during weekday lunch. I ordered the Salted Chicken Chinese Ramen, large portion, for 830 yen. The chicken chashu was served in a golden shiny chicken soup. It had a traditional and gentle flavor. Personally, I think it would taste even better if they used slightly firmer straight thin noodles.

I visited around 1 p.m. on Saturday. It was full, but there was no line, and my bowl arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered the chicken ramen, which had a delicious broth with a hint of sweetness from the chicken. The thin noodles matched perfectly with the soup. The egg was not seasoned surprisingly, just a regular boiled egg. However, it was the best taste I've had in months. I ordered the normal flavor this time, but I'll try the salt flavor next time. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the delicious meal. Additionally, the chicken char siu, thinly flavored meat, was also very tasty.

鳥中華塩の大盛に鶏チャーシュー追加。昔ながらのシンプルさを感じる、いつ食べても美味しい味。大盛はたぶん2玉の分量くらいで満足。住宅地ながら駐車場は横並びできちんとスペースがあって良いです。 スープ終了次第閉店。

地元の方に教えられた加美町にあるラーメンの名店です、開店から10分すでに店内は沢山の利用客でいっぱいでした。 鶏中華は肉も柔らかく食べ飽きない感じの美味しさでした。 あっさりとしていますが癖になる一杯でした。
