Contribuisci feedbackThe meat soy sauce udon is the best! The noodles are on the smaller side, but there is plenty of them so be careful if you're on an udon journey. The noodles are thick and have a unique softness and chewiness from being handcrafted. The meat topping costs 300 yen, but the portion is generous and satisfying! The meat has a sweetness with a hint of saltiness, and is very tender and mixes well with the noodles. It's not greasy, so it's recommended for women as well. It goes well with cold udon too. They generously add green onions, but it's not spicy so it enhances the flavor of the udon and complements the meat, making it even more delicious. The restaurant is located inside a vinyl house along the road, so bugs, humidity, and heat are unavoidable. The parking lot is not paved, so it can be difficult to maneuver in and out when it's crowded. The location of having udon in a vinyl house is unique to Kagawa prefecture. However, the meat udon was so amazing that I would definitely recommend it over everything else.
The restaurant is housed in a vinyl greenhouse. When entering from the prefectural road side, there is a steep incline so drivers of low cars must be cautious. I recommend trying the meat or egg udon in small size.
This udon restaurant in a vinyl house might look dirty, but I heard dirty equals delicious, so I decided to give it a try. The udon noodles are hand-cut and the meat bowl is packed with plenty of meat. The bonito broth is flavorful and overall, it's great value for the price.

釜だし(釜揚げ)麺の店 完全手切りの麺が面白い食感を演出してくれます。 個人的には、かけ推しですね。 天ぷらがサクサクで気に入ってます。 ビニールハウスを店舗にしたユニークなスタイルと包丁切りにこだわる人気店です。依然の店舗(?)善通寺市上吉田町158-1(現レディ薬局)から善通寺市の国道沿いに移転。ちょうど裏には尽誠学園テニスコートがあります。温室ロケーションのためにわざわざビニールハウスを新たに手作りしました。キャベツを切っているかのような手切りの不ぞろいな太さの麺、甘辛く炊き込んだ牛肉をたっぷり乗せた看板メニュー「肉かまたま」などが売りです。基本的に麺は釜出しです。言えば水締め麺を出してくれます。以前と変わらない魅力で営業中です。うどんの旗を目印に気をつけて下へ降りてくださいね。
