Contribuisci feedbackI had a great experience making Shisa at Ryukyu Kiln. It was a bit difficult to find the location, but with the help of various people, we were able to arrive safely. It was raining on the day we went, but I imagine the place would be very beautiful if it was sunny as it is right in front of the sea. The Shisa-making experience was taught to us carefully, even elementary school children were able to make them. I helped a little, but the kids were thrilled to take them home on the spot. It was quite challenging, but I would love to do it again.
Visited for a DIY Caesar salad and lunch. We were able to make it at our own pace, so we had a great time with the kids. The lunch was delicious too!
If it were nearby, I would definitely go back! Due to the impact of the coronavirus, they are currently only offering take-out service. We waited for about five minutes. My friend and I tried the limited-time swordfish and BLT sandwich. They were both packed with ingredients and delicious. We were very satisfied!
カフェに併設されている「琉球窯」にてシーサー作り体験をしました。 握りこぶし大の赤土の粘土から好きなようにシーサーを作ります。棚に並ぶたくさんのシーサーから見本を選び参考にして作っても良し、独自のシーサーを作っても良し。店内は家族連れ、仲間同士、カップルのお2人、それぞれ真剣に制作していました。 焼き上がりを待つ間は、カフェにてランチ。窓のないカウンターから目の前の今帰仁の海を眺められます。金額としてはランチと飲み物でお1人2000円弱といったところ。いくつか選べるメニューから、ハンバーグを選びました。美味しく彩りの良いランチプレートでした。 注意点は、レンタカーのPanasonicのナビではピンポイントで検索できないこと。おおよその地図だったので海岸沿いの道に出てしまい、お店の真下を通り過ぎるハメに。看板を見落とさないようゆっくり探してください。 持ち帰ったシーサー達は玄関に並んでいます。手のひらサイズでとてもかわいいです。 次に行く時は、漆喰の大きなシーサーを作ってみたいです。
