Our orders took a while to come, but it may have been a timing issue. The staff member who served us seemed inexperienced, an elderly man. We both were not familiar with the kids' set that we ordered for the first time, causing a bit of confusion. We thought we had gone at a quiet time, but there were also large groups of customers, so it was bustling.
You can order from a touch panel (you can also enter coupons from the panel), so the staff just bring the food. There are also splash prevention panels on the tables. As of June 2022, the splash prevention panels have been removed. The limited-time Hiroshima tantanmen had a unique taste that I didn't particularly like, but I still regularly enjoy using Gusto! And of course, the kids love the Anpanman kids' plate.
