I tried the famous Tarai Udon at Kodana. The udon noodles were soft and served in a wooden tub. The dipping sauce was made from soybeans and shiitake mushrooms. It had a very gentle and delicious flavor.
The noodles are soft, but the tarai udon at Odan is on the softer side. The broth has a rustic flavor with soybeans and shiitake mushrooms, and it is so delicious that you'll want to drink every last drop! The portion is generous and despite being affordable, you'll definitely leave feeling satisfied.

道の駅「せせらぎ」のうどんはあまりおいしくないので、試しにこちらで食べてみたらはるかにおいしい。 いまはおだにきたらこちらで小田うどんを食べる。こじんまりした店で、稲荷寿司もおいしい。おかみさんも気さくな方。
