The lunch menu is delicious. The sashimi is not sinewy and has the perfect amount of volume. Although it's seafood, the prices are moderate and reasonable. Lately, I've been addicted to taking out their chiffon cakes. The hint of banana sweetness and moist texture are delicious.
Nikko Sushi in Shiotsuya Town. It's a popular restaurant in a peaceful area! A few years ago when I went, we sat in the tatami room to eat, but this time there were chairs and tables in the tatami room (which is great for the elderly as it's easier on their legs). The lunch menu has a generous amount, with 5 pieces of sushi and a small udon, I was stuffed! (Comes with salad, chawanmushi, and dessert) The coffee was self-serve with unlimited refills, and they were also mindful of opening the windows for ventilation (which feels nice now). It seems like a place that can accommodate various special occasions. If it were closer, I would have liked to come for ceremonies or celebrations T . T Unfortunately! So, I'll definitely go back for lunch again next time ^o^
This restaurant may be in a rural area, but it is clean, the staff are friendly, and overall it is a very likable place! I think it's definitely worth a visit at least once.
