Contribuisci feedbackI am soothed by the view of the vineyard from the restaurant. The restaurant used to offer courses, but now they serve elaborate dishes on a simple one-plate. The food is very delicious, and it tastes even better when paired with wine. The wine is offered for free tasting, but it is also available at a reasonable price.
I visited for lunch. It took about 20 minutes from the roadside station "Aimi no Sato", and along the way, I thought, "Is this the right way to go? Is Google Maps okay?" Then grape vineyards began to spread out, and there were shops and a winery. There was only one shop. It seems they also have nouveau. And the current recommended item is a natural wine called "Terumi". There were many flags at the entrance and inside the shop. There were also many other wines lined up, with a stylish atmosphere that you couldn't imagine from the bumpy road we just came from. It seems like you can also do various wine tastings. And there was a winery tour for 1,000 yen per person. It was around 11:00 on a Sunday, and there were about 2 groups participating according to the staff. It's nice to have a small group tour. The shop was not very spacious and we were planning on having lunch, but there was no restaurant, so we left the shop without asking where to eat... Coincidentally, the night before, we had bought and drank their wine at the roadside station, so we were satisfied with seeing the winery. By the way, the taste had a considerable sweetness of grapes. Below is the description of Terumi: "Lightly sparkling white, 750ml for ¥1,800. A winery in Kyoto's Tanba region with numerous awards both domestically and internationally. This lightly sparkling wine, made from 100% Delaware grapes, is free of antioxidants. The gentle fruit flavor is charming."
I enjoyed both the wine and the restaurant's dishes! Everything was very delicious ^ ^ I especially liked the assorted appetizers in the course, I wanted to try them with various wines. The special steak course was also very delicious. Thank you.
丹波の地で育ったワイン用ブドウをはじめ、各品種を醸造したワインのラインナップがかなり豊富です。 試飲も多種類できるので、運転手を誰かに頼んで行くことをお勧めします。
ランチでしたが、¥3000とは思えない、かなりクオリティの高い料理だと思いました。 メインの牛肉赤ワイン煮込みも最高でしたが、それまでの前菜やスープ、デザートも全てとても美味しかったです。また行きたいなぁ。
