Contribuisci feedbackI thought it was just a trendy "rice flour udon" that was only using rice flour. But to my surprise, it was incredibly delicious!! Gluten-free udon with a unique texture not found in regular udon, and the grilled udon even had crispy "okoge" which was delicious and fragrant! I was pleasantly surprised by the food after a long time! I will keep coming back until I try everything lol.
This restaurant is run by two mothers who provide excellent service with careful attention to detail. Although I didn't order it this time, I love their "kuden inari" which has a deliciously spicy wasabi kick. This time, I tried the "udon set meal" and "meat udon".
The specialty here is the rice noodle udon, which is flat like kishimen noodles. It has a firm texture and is very filling.
