At first glance, it was hard to tell if it was open or closed, but when there is a small red flag at the entrance, it seems to be open. The interior had about 7 counter seats and a small raised tatami area. The stairs to the tatami area were steep and a bit scary to climb. This time, I ordered the soy sauce char siu ramen. I have gotten used to the recent trend of strong flavors in soup, so I found this broth a bit lacking in richness, but it was very refreshing and delicious. The char siu, cut into large pieces, was tender and tasty, but I wish there was a little more of it. A slightly richer flavor might be good for the miso ramen with garlic. I remember that the garlic soy ramen was delicious, so if I have the chance to go again, I would like to try it.
Located in a residential area, it may be difficult to find this small restaurant with a parking lot for only 2-3 cars. The flavors are rich and very delicious.
The ramen is very delicious. The atmosphere is a bit intense, but the owner's aunt kindly speaks to you in the Aizu dialect, making you feel warm inside. I had the soy sauce ramen and the chashu was so tasty (o^^o). The miso ramen seems to be popular as well. The only downside might be the lack of a specific parking lot.
