I have known for quite some time that Tamura Ranch's Tanagoku beef is delicious as I have had it several times before. Not only the yakiniku, but the hamburgers were also delicious, and the cold noodles had a slightly strong sour taste, but still delicious! I personally really like it.

I went from Kasama City in Ibaraki Prefecture to visit my grandson. Upon the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law, I had the cold noodles at Tamuraya and they were delicious. I even drank all of the soup, it was so good.

During my trip, I visited Kujishi City for lunch. I wanted to try local cuisine, so I researched and found that "Tangyaku beef" was a famous brand in the area. I decided to visit a local restaurant with good reviews called Tamura Farm directly operated store. I highly recommend the "Tangyaku beef hamburger lunch" for 980 yen. You can choose from three sauces - mountain grape sauce, shiso and grated ponzu, or the original sauce. I chose the original sauce which paired perfectly with the juicy and flavorful hamburger. The meal also included rice, miso soup, salad, and a soft drink, making it a great value for 980 yen. If you want to savor the taste of Tangyaku beef, I suggest trying the hamburger over the curry rice option on the lunch menu.
