Chái Tián Shāng Diàn - 森町

Leaving aside the squid rice, I really enjoyed the down-to-earth character of the empty staff. Nowadays, you can easily buy it anytime if you go to a station bento competition or local products exhibition, or if you feel like it, you can always buy it from the Abe Shoten website. It has become a really convenient era. However, on the flip side, unless you are a nearby resident, it has become quite difficult to buy directly from Shibata Shoten. So, I bought a special squid rice t-shirt in advance from the Abe Shoten website for this day as a commemoration.

I went to the forest in search of the original "ikameshi". Inside the palm-sized packet were two servings of ikameshi. It had a gentle flavor and I quickly devoured it, but since it contained sticky rice, it was quite filling. Even motorcyclists were stopping by to buy it. If I have the chance to come back to the area, I would like to visit this restaurant again.
