The specialty here is the "head dish," a traditional dish where precious fish are brought from the sea and every part from the head to the tail is consumed. Reservations are required, but you can enjoy mountain fish dishes that are rare to see elsewhere. The walls are adorned with many celebrity signatures, showing that this is a place where famous people are treated with hospitality. There is a touching episode where Ōda Ako was so impressed by the head dish that she wanted her wife to try it, and bring the late Kumi Okao, who passed away from COVID-19, for a revisit.
We made a reservation for the specialty dish of Takeda City, the head dish. It is a head dish that includes eating every part of the fish without wasting any. It seems that there are only a few shops left that can make it now. It was delicious and the quantity was more than enough for five people.
I visited this restaurant at night and ordered the eel rice bowl, cheese tempura, and octopus fried chicken. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, the food was delicious, and it was served quickly. I would definitely like to go again.
