Zhú の Jiā - 棚倉町

I visited this restaurant for the first time. The location is right in front of the ruins of a castle, with beautiful views of fresh greenery, blue skies, and the moat. The interior of the restaurant is clean and quite spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive, with smiling faces, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Since the champon noodles seemed to be popular based on reviews, I ordered them. The noodles were medium-thick and chewy, not the typical champon noodles, but still delicious. The soup was gentle and not too overpowering, perfect for those who prefer a milder flavor. The ingredients were cooked just right, with generous portions of squid and scallops that were tasty. I can’t stop thinking about trying the cold miso soup next time! Their original visual presentation was impressive. I will definitely come back with my family next time to try their set meals. This restaurant operates on a order-only basis. It was my first time visiting, and I was amazed by the wide variety of menu items, from ramen to various set meals. I was surprised by the recommendation for champon, and after hesitating in the land of Shirakawa Ramen, I decided to try the champon. The noodles in this champon were Shirakawa Ramen style and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, with many local customers present. The only downside is that the parking lot fills up quickly during lunch hours, so it's best to visit during off-peak times.

Champon! It's delicious! There are flavors that are "gentle", "soothing", and "comforting", and this restaurant embodies all of that. The kindness of the staff is reflected in the taste. The dish was packed with plenty of vegetables and meat, and even scallops on top. I travel around Kyushu for work, and this dish tasted like the delicious "city champon" I have had in Kyushu. The restaurant is clean and overlooks a castle moat. The view of the water and greenery from the window is also a treat. My family's grave is in Tanaokura-cho, so we visit from Tokyo during events like Obon. So we also enjoy paying our respects at the grave.

2021-11-20 娘の部活の送迎で、初の棚倉町。 福島市からは遠かったです。 無観客試合なので、棚倉町を散策していると、偶然竹の家さんに辿り着き、Googleで高評価だったのでそのまま入店。 口コミを確認し迷わずチャンポンを注文。 待つ事10程度で着丼し、ビシアルは スープも魚貝出汁が効いて 非常に美味しかったです。 麺が普通の中華麺で、チャンポン麺ではありませんが、本当に美味しかったです。 ご馳走さまでした。

長崎ちゃんぽんが美味しいです。 ローカライズされた、優しい味です。
