Zhōng Huá そば Běi Lián Cāng Nán Lù Diàn

I had the opportunity to visit Ofuna, and I ended up finding a ramen restaurant. It was delicious, but the flavor became a bit strong towards the end, causing some heartburn. I wanted to order extra rice as well, but I was too full and had heartburn, so I decided not to. If the portion had been smaller, I'm sure I could have finished it! I think those who like spicy and rich flavors will love it.

When you order mixed noodles, the restaurant serves mixed noodles. The mixed noodles are like a textbook example. Anyone who wants to eat mixed noodles will definitely be satisfied. It is a traditional style without much playfulness, for better or for worse. However, it may lack uniqueness if it is not here. The atmosphere of the restaurant is not bad. It may be difficult to find a parking spot due to heavy traffic in front of the station. All the dishes shown in the photos cost 1250 yen. It may seem expensive from the old days, but nowadays almost all ramen shops are close to 1000 yen, so it's normal.

This restaurant specializes in maze soba. The all-in-one bowl was incredibly delicious. They also offer regular soup-based ramen and original menu items unique to their Ofuna location, so be sure to check it out.

台湾まぜそばを初めて食べたので他の店と比較出来ませんが、美味しさに驚きました。ラーメン屋のまぜそばとは全く別の麺料理ですね。 味が濃いので苦手な人もいると思いますが、ハマる人も多いのではないでしょうか。

2021/6/26　写真追加。最近ハマっているカレー台湾まぜそば。 普通のとは具材もちょっと違います。カレー味なので追い飯との相性は普通の台湾まぜそば以上ですよ 開店した年の春ごろからしょっちゅう行ってます。最近は藤沢に引っ越したので月１～２回ですね。美味しいですよ 写真は　肉入り台湾まぜそば（大盛）　です。 これをれんげとお箸でまぜまぜして、卓上のニンニク、一味、サンショ、粗びき唐辛子をちょいちょい振りかけて食べると、がっつり来ます。 で、最後は追い飯。追い飯はお願いするときに多め・普通・少なめと申告して丼を渡すと、入れてくれます。自分は多めです。 これでおなか大満足
