Jū Shòu し - 苅田町

I visited this restaurant on a business trip. It is a sushi restaurant run by a friendly couple. There are no prices displayed, which can be a bit intimidating, but if you start with the basic sushi set and then add your preferences, you can enjoy delicious sushi without breaking the bank (in my personal opinion). I was able to eat to my heart's content and it was a great experience. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) in particular was exquisite. I definitely want to visit again.
