Bō Wén - 高根沢町

I visited for lunch. It seemed like they had just started serving lunch. I had the hamburger set lunch. There was also a pasta lunch available with three choices. The hamburger was juicy and very delicious. The portions seemed a bit small overall, with items like rice and soup, but after having dessert I was satisfied. Thank you very much.

From the exterior, there is only a white sign, making it difficult to tell if the restaurant is open. However, the interior is a calm, modern style with warm lighting. It's a bit different from a typical izakaya, more like a refined version for drinking at home. They have a menu as well as daily recommendations and special deals on alcohol near the entrance, which is nice. I wish they had a few more options for sashimi. They also have private rooms, so you can enjoy a drink without feeling self-conscious around other customers. It's nice.

There is a wide variety of options available. It's been a while since I've been to a Japanese-Western fusion Izakaya like this.

ジョジョ好きな店長が切り盛りしている店。 創作居酒屋系ではあるがメニューは割と王道な構成となっている。 土日はそれなりに賑わっているようだ。 丁寧な仕事をするため、やや品出しが遅いのが難点。 イタリア産の長期間熟成生ハムを原木切り出しで販売してくれるので、原木生ハムに興味があるけどネットで買うほどじゃないとお悩みの方にはオススメ。
