My family and I tried the hand-made soba noodles and pork bowl. The soba noodles were hand-made and had a good texture, and the soba dipping sauce was delicious without being too salty. The pork bowl had just the right balance of sweet and savory sauce. The customer service at the restaurant was also very friendly.

Recently, there have been fewer restaurants using real parent chickens for their chicken soba noodles... However, the chicken soba noodles here allow you to enjoy the true flavor of the noodles, and the soup made with parent chicken is also rich and very delicious. I have tried various soba noodles, but so far this is the best I have had in Eastern Hokkaido. It deserves more recognition.

Both the soba and pork bowl were outstanding. The locals kept coming in one after another. Definitely recommend.
