Fries weren’t cooked properly, prices are a bit steep for what you get all in all. Great service from a nice staff though.

Good food but the price/food ratio is outrageous. Taco Bell or Burger is a better option.

I know it's fast food, but that beef actually tastes gross.

Majority of the time I order the small chicken cheese Philly w/ fries and extra mushrooms. I really wish they would bring back the spicy seasoning salt (jalapeño lime) for the fries and sandwiches. In my opinion besides the diced jalapeños I place this is usually what upgrades the sandwich from “ehhh regular” to “oh they trying”. I’ve only had Charelys on a military installation so I usually get it as a takeout order. No offense but people are extremely loud in the food court. And I don’t like that extra! If I do order a drink it’s usually the overpriced lemonade with fruits. I like my lemonade fruits mixed so I get strawberry and mango for a tropical vibe. This is probably impossible but if they are able to separate the meat from veggies when making different peoples sandwich I think they get more patrons. This is the highest complaint my coworker has (he’s vegan).

Food is fast and tasty! The Strawberry Lemonade is sooo good
