I think Fukuoka ramen shops should learn from them, they are that good. (Especially Ten-dou!) Even with extra noodles, the firmness is exactly the same. I never expected to find a ramen shop in Okinawa that does such a perfect job... However, maybe it's because of the water or they adjust it to suit Okinawa, but it lacks a bit of richness. It seems to suit the taste of the locals in Okinawa. People from Fukuoka or Kyushu might find it lacking, but I recommend it for an occasional meal.
I tried Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen! It really made me feel like I was in Japan. LOL This tonkotsu ramen I had in Okinawa was my favorite flavor among all the ones I've tried.
