I ordered the yakimeshi set with a boiled egg topping for 950 yen. The ramen came with a boiled egg in the soup, so be careful as it is quite hot. The soup had a gentle, old-fashioned pork bone base, and the medium-thick straight noodles were accompanied by a small amount of bean sprouts by default. It was a very nice combination. The yakimeshi was crispy and delicious as well. I enjoyed sipping the soup while eating the noodles, and everything paired together perfectly. It was a satisfying meal.
Since the Baku Dan Ramen is famous and I have eaten it in the past, I decided to order the ramen. This place serves traditional Miyazaki ramen. The soy sauce flavor is a bit strong. Many places serve ramen with soft noodles, but the noodles here are just the right firmness and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
I heard that the fried rice was delicious so I went to try it! I ordered the Yakimeshi set meal (¥800). The ramen soup was light and the noodles were chewy and easy to eat, even though they were medium-thin. The fried rice was fluffy and the seasoning was mild and tasty. There seemed to be a few parking spots available in front of the restaurant. Please refer to the third photo for the business hours.
二回目です〜爆弾ラーメン二回共食べました! なかなか美味いがもう少し辛くでもええかな モヤシとも相性バッチリ あと、ネギは大きい方が食べやすいかな 使っているのはやっこネギ? 看板綺麗になってる?
