The noodles are unusual, with slightly thin and flat noodles in a sweet and salty soy sauce broth. After taking your order, they boil the noodles so there is a little wait, but you can see them boiling each noodle in a large pot. It is said that enjoying the texture of noodles in your throat is common with soba, but here it feels more like enjoying the texture of udon in your throat. The onigiri is in a rice ball shape. Give it a try.
I stopped by this restaurant while passing by. I heard they are open until late at night. I tried the cold kake udon (350 yen), which had shorter noodles that were easy to eat. The texture was chewy and delicious. They boiled the udon in a large square colander at the shop. Shikoku, where you can taste various types of udon, is the best.

8:30から営業しているうどん屋さん。 家族営業なのか、温かみのあるお店でした。 釜揚げうどんのほか、おでんを食べました。おいしかったです。
