Contribuisci feedbackI found a ramen restaurant that caught my attention on SNS. It was a weekday afternoon, along a national highway, with plenty of parking. Inside, there were about half the customers, many of whom looked like office workers or laborers. I tried the negi miso ramen, which had thin, curly noodles similar to Nagahama ramen, with a flavorful miso soup. It was very delicious and tasty. I decided to try some flavor variations halfway through! The free kimchi, spicy miso, and extra garlic added to the experience, and they were also delicious. It's a bit far, but I would like to come back to this restaurant.
I thoroughly enjoyed the soy sauce ramen with extra seaweed. The flavor was mild and delicious, and I didn't get tired of it. I added some spice in the middle with chili paste, garlic, and pepper, which was a common way to change up the taste, and I finished every last bit. Thank you for the meal.
