The sauce is a matter of preference, but there was a lot of fatty meat which I thought would be better with a lighter sauce. The downside is that the smokeless roaster was not functioning, so be prepared for a smoky experience. Also, the kimchi was not the best. There is room for improvement.
Delicious, satisfied with one word. The quality of the meat is good, the thickness balance depending on the cut is good, and it is hard to miss the right amount of grilling. It seems that they are doing a careful job. Good ingredients and good processing create a synergistic effect. The processing of thick beef tongue is outstanding. The perfect combination of tenderness, ease of chewing, and the texture of the beef tongue, it's exquisite. There are also hidden menu items depending on the availability of ingredients, so it might be good to ask if there is anything not on the menu. In particular, the "Uni-Ku" for 880 yen is amazing. The combination of sea urchin and meat, the zabuton melts in your mouth with the sea urchin. A dish that seems completely profit-ignoring. People who are okay with a rare blend of sea urchin and meat must try this. They also have takeout bento. It's good as a souvenir for family and friends. That is definitely delicious. The price range feels relatively cheap for the quality they handle. Locals recommend the course, which seems to be quite substantial. There also seems to be an all-you-can-drink option. At this point, it might be necessary to make a reservation. Uni-Ku seems like a menu item where you'd want to check the ingredients in advance, as it likely depends on the restaurant's sourcing. If you don't mind just any random meat, you can go elsewhere, but if you want delicious meat, you can't go wrong here.

以前から気にはなって居ましたが、予約が取れなかったりで、今回が初訪問。 店構えを見たら、昭和の雰囲気バリバリで、おじさんホイホイの香りプンプン。 店内も新しい店舗並みとは行きませんが、綺麗に掃除もされて有り、良い感じ。 注文は、特選ヒレ、ハラミ、厚切りタン、ネギタン塩、豚カルビ、ミノ、ホルモン、大根サラダ、中ごはん、わかめスープ、キムチ、生ビール三杯、ノンアルビール、ウーロン茶、以上で13,000円少々。 牛肉は価格の割にとても良いと思います。 ネギ塩タンのネギ塩がとても美味しかったです。 残念は、キムチと豚カルビ、キムチは、ご飯がすすむ君の方が余程良い。 豚カルビは、何だか味がイマイチ。 お肉もここより美味しい所は有りますが、コスパを考えれば十分だと思います。 オススメ
単品だけと思いきや、予約の電話をした際にコースがあることが判明。 飲み放題付きで5,000円 税込 のコースを頂いた。 コースに白飯も付いて、大盛 350gくらい? ~小盛まで。 店員さんの気配りもよく、男四人がみな満腹にもなり、とてもよいお店だと感じた。 追記:飲み放題は4名以上から。
