We went to Prem Ursula for a lovely dinner and were completely impressed. The food is fresh, innovative, and presented beautifully. We dine out often in Israel and Europe, and we have to say that this was one of the best culinary experiences we've had in a long time. Each dish is perfectly executed, blending sweet, sour, and savory flavors in a delicate way. The Malfuf (stuffed and roasted cabbage and chard with tahini, tomato salsa, and almonds) was exceptional, as was the eggplant salsa. All the vegetables and herbs are locally sourced, adding to the overall quality of the meal. Enjoy!
