Miàn Wū Xuě Guó - 小国町

I visited the restaurant with a colleague. We both ordered the spicy miso ramen, which had just the right amount of addictive spiciness. The noodles and soup were delicious. I am a former resident of Sapporo. I felt that this ramen was different from the traditional "Sapporo ramen." If you are going to call it Sapporo ramen, I would have liked the vegetables and ground meat to be sautéed (this is a point that Sapporo residents pay attention to). The noodles and soup are delicious! The chashu is also melt-in-your-mouth delicious! They have seasonal limited edition ramen like shrimp miso and sake kasu ramen. The flavor is so good that you'll want to go back again and again! I want to eat it again! I will go back again!
