Contribuisci feedbackI wanted to eat shishamo sushi, so I visited this restaurant. When I sprinkled a pinch of salt lightly on the shishamo and ate it, it was delicious. The salt brings out the sweetness of the white flesh, and the aroma comes out through the nose after savoring it in the mouth. This kind of flavor cannot be achieved with soy sauce. I was taught how to enjoy good shishamo. It was 8 pieces for one serving, for 1300 yen. Actually, I received a little extra that is not on the regular menu, so I will keep it a secret here. I will just say that it was also superb.

The tuna was delicious with a nice oily texture! The squid and octopus were also amazing! Especially loved the vinegar dishes!
