I had the 330 yen chicken udon at this restaurant. It is a nice place to experience a nostalgic Showa retro atmosphere with the old vending machine. The vending machines for udon and ramen only accept 100 yen coins, but the change machine was broken so I ended up buying a 100 yen ice coffee as well. Maybe it's the restaurant's tactic...

The chicken udon is delicious, the restaurant is clean and located along the national highway, making it easy to access with a wide variety of menu options and clean restrooms. In the spring, the nearby cherry blossom trees are breathtaking!

One of the nostalgic vending machine sanctuaries. The store front is surprisingly small, but there are a fair amount of vending machines. The kashiwa udon I came for is priced at 330 yen, a bit higher compared to other sanctuaries. However, the chicken, stewed on the sweeter side, is surprisingly tender, making the price reasonable. When I visited, the change machine was broken, so if you come late at night, don't forget to prepare coins. There is also the option of buying juice from the vending machine and getting change. During the day, it is likely that you can exchange money if you call the manager.

貴重な懐かし昭和レトロ自販機があります。　2018年の西日本大豪雨では浸水した筈です、でもまだ生き残って営業されています。 昭和のコンビニの無い時代にトラック運転手向けなどにドライブインや自動ラーメン販売機があり唯一の補給場所。　今となっては、ただ、ただ貴重！！　味以前に食べれる事がラッキーと思ってください。　壊れたら、もう修理不可能です。

懐かしの自販機ラーメンうどん かしわうどんの鶏肉は少し甘辛く味付けされていておいしい。麺は柔らかいですが食べ応え充分。ラーメンも程よく煮込まれた柔らかチャーシューともやし、かまぼこと組み合わせは惣菜の自販機もありましたが、独自の惣菜は少なかったですね。 貴重となった自販機たち、これからも残していただきたいスポットです
