Great location in Calle Media Luna close to most of the good hostels this restaurant serves lobsters, (tiger) prawns, fish, lomo and many more accompanied by the best Arroz de Coco I have ever tasted. The service is excellent and both the owner and the waitresses are very kind. This restaurant deserves to be higher on the TripAdvisor ranking.
I loved the vibe, and the food: delicious arroz de coco, excellent fish and seafood. At night, there is a DJ, and they even play african pop music! The manager is very nice, and so are the employees.Just talking about it, I want to go back, definitely the place for good food and good music lovers!
Swung by here on NYE looking for a bite to eat, we all ordered the cerviche which was delicous and fresh! It was very good, plain and simple. Good value restaurant with good efficient service in Getsemani.
Went there quite randomly with partner as the interior looks quite nice.I had there the best ceviche (I found it better than in 'la cevicheria' though the presentation was less 'sophisticated'). Actually we liked it so much we returned the next day for lunch. Note: unlike most restaurants, they don't offer a specific lunch set menu during week days, but the regular menu is discounted by 20% during lunch time (which translates to approx. COP 14-16k). Food was really great, the meat tastily marinated both mine and my partner's, the rice was slightly flavored with coconut, which gave it a nice touch and changes from the usual rice you get in every other place.Overall you can tell that the cook is cook for a reason. Also the mojitos were nice (COP 10k). I found the other cocktails with imported licors a little pricey though (COP 20k).Overall a very nice experience.
Located in the Getsemani neighborhood, just a short walk from the old town, but less crowded and cheaper. Stopped here for traditional lunch midweek - the place had two other tables filled, was nice, light and airy with a lot of open space. We had traditional soup/fish/rice/plantain and cervezas, for about $10 per person (if not less). Quality was good, and service was quick and friendly. Waiter told us the restaurant has live music during certain nights of the week, but we didn't stay to check it out. I would dine here again.
