A few vegan options. I've tried the seitan burger and hummus!

Great to see this on happy cow and find it immediately upon entering town, walking the Camino, just over the bridge near the free museum. Vegan mayo, thank you. Homemade fries. I had the falafel burger. Loved the filing. I'm not a fan of the pita bun, ubiquitous all over Spain. I prefer toasted bread or an American style bun, but great filing. Thank you.

In the middle of el camino de santigo, this taberna offers up to 6 different vegan options. They have their own homemade chorizo, which was super good. Come on! The staff was very friendly.

The best falafel I ever had, and the people who own the place were very nice and friendly!
