Fantastic beer selections. Best clam chowder ever. Excellent Govie burger. Really cozy and friendly bartender. Loved it.

Great old pub with classic American foods done well. Friendly and efficient staff. Really cool beer list with a mix of local and regional favorites. If I lived in Hudson this would be my “local.”

Great atmosphere to sit and sip. Governor's Tavern attracts a diverse crowd of people. The food smelled good, but I didn't actually lay my eyes on a plate of food served while there. A double of Tito's, Long Island iced tea and some other drink came to $28.

Fresh, rotating craft beer selection, simple (but delicious) menu (with daily specials). Outstanding XXX hot sauce! Friendly and enthusiastic bartender that seems to actually like her job, and it shows…. Fatally enhanced the experience. She even gave a history lesson about Hudson to other customers. Highly recommend this place! Everything is made fresh as well. Don’t miss the old bay fries
