Kai Burgers Dumplings is one of the must go to places in Great Neck Plaza. This cozy restaurant and bar, has warm and friendly manager and staffs with great hospitality. I went for the first and my last time. The burger came out and it was falling apart even before I picked it up. I brought it to the managers attention and he didn’t even try to make it right. After that I ended up having to eat my berger with a fork and knife. Save your money and go to Five Guys!!! This place is not going to make it because of poor Management.

Burger was big, and juicy. The fries were amazing, and most importantly the dumplings were fantastic. We also got a chicken teriyaki and the portion was huge. Will definitely come back again.
