The bread was dry and the drinks unremarkable (2 mixed and 2 wines, also had only one a piece). Dinner was a salad with quail, the quail entree, catfish, and pasta entree. The quail was over breaded and the fish just ok. At over $250, we passed on the 2 dessert options. That atmosphere, house history and wait staff were lovely. … – show
Unique menu with many locally sourced ingredients from organic or sustainable farms generally — many of them listed on the menu. The shrimp is wild-caught and so is the crawfish. Interesting history spanning from the 1800’s to today. More on that at the about us page on their website. Certainly top recommendation for those who care about quality ingredients and unique experiences.
Great ambience, delicious food and drinks!!! And our sever Sophie was amazing:
Food prices were high for the quality. $36 for fried chix thighs come on.
Overall great experience. We had a reservation for 10 and had our own room in the “house”. Was a very nice and private setting for our corporate function. Food was great, no pressure or hurry from our server who was very helpful.
