There are NO gluten free option in this restaurant. The chef confirmed that nothing can be made gluten free.
I used to love this place but when you have to eat gluten free there is pretty much no choice. The allergy information on the menu is not up to date according to the waitress (in september 2019), pretty much all of the dishes contain gluten because of the sauces they use (but it would be possible to order the meal without any sauce and use soy sauce). You can maybe order some starters and desserts, ask a waiter/waitress to be sure.Sushi is possible, ask for GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE, the regular soy sauce on the table does contain wheat.
Bao, the owner I met when he just wanted to open his business, and I sold Jemako cleaning products to him. He was always on cleanliness and so is it with his food: very good and clean. Very recommended. We only have the Yaki skin of dried chicken skin and fresh salad with young papaya.
A pleasure. The staff. It's very friendly and the food is fantastic. We always like to come to the sushi party
