Bistro Dejavu - Aalborg

Delicious place that had been some lounge furniture you would have got a feeling of being on a good cocktail bar. I just got a pretty and tasted well, so I think I should go back and try something more, and if the weather is that it might be in the cozy farm.

I visited dejavu on her birthday. The experience in this place was amazing that it almost gives tears in the eyes. The day was the weather good and everything so football between Denmark and Wales, we would a place where there was no football. So we found you in a trip with 2 other restaurants. What a cozy and mood there was there. We immediately fell on the spot. And placed us in the middle of the cozy farm. The service was polite and came with fine descriptions of the food. We got a new started servant who was honest that he was new. But he cleared it super nice. Could not feel that he was new. He asked something he did not know the answer, he quickly examined with expert guidance from colleagues. You could get a nice menu that consists of the chef with wine, but we chose alacarte when parts of the menu were with fish and it is not included. In recommend 3-4 dishes per person. What was quite well hit. We got 3 dishes each and were very satisfied. Common to all dishes is taste and vision. Never have we got food that tastes so good and then the size is really nice. They were well equipped so you could eat all the individual parts of the right. And it says very from a person who has an agreement with the rabbits. A point that I personally can point was one dessert, strawberry pie. I don't know what it was. But it was just not in the same league as everything else we got. But the dessert ‘crep’ was amazing. the rule was about 900kr for two adults, it is insanely cheap for the experience we had with the place. We will certainly come again when we are in the area another time.

A great experience. We have eaten many places in Denmark and abroad. This is top 5. A kitchen that prepares food with respect for amazing raw materials. A chef who does not place salt and pepper on the table during the course, he has the feeling of taste and consistency. And it has the kitchen. Definitely a place that is recommended. And then I have not yet told about the service. A service that is both this and professionalism, banks out of well-prepared timber. And all at an affordable price. Thanks to the kitchen and serve the staff for a total experience.

Wonderful classic French bistro food. Gratinated oysters had just enough. Foie gras was fried perfectly and the seeds are the best I have gotten for years. A fine wine card, with expectable prices.
