Absolutely our favorite restaurant in aalborg. eating is always fresh, hot and lush. the service is excellent. the place itself is historical. the only thing I don't understand is how low the prices are. I recommend this place like no other place. top!

Kniw gaffel is located in a historical, semi-concrete building, and the atmosphere oozes with hygge dim lighting, low deck, many candles, old pictures and relics. they serve excellent traditional foods to surprisingly low trips. everything is made from ground up, completely old-fashioned, with much all the good things like cream and butter; steak with bearnaise at 69 kr is really good. note: the bearnaise may appear cold when served. this is because it is real bearnaise that is heated to 45-60 °C.
