Klingenberg As - Aardalstangen

I have to say this hotel saved our lives ! Have been hiking, and as it’s been raining we were soaked. Got here, enjoyed their astonishingly kind customer service: they were willing to help by letting us rest and get changed: they warmed up the sauna for us so we could wash up. They also let us book their laundry room to wash and air dry our wet clothes. This was immesurably valuable to us! We are forever touched by their kindness. Also, a magnificent view to the mountains and lake.
