Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I’ve decided to go elsewhere from now on. I spent $54 on one dinner and $48 on another within two days, and I tried logging my receipts in the app. I thought it would be simple to just take a photo of them, but after seven attempts, I faced issues like blurry images, cut-off receipts, and dates that were too old. Eventually, I received a polite email letting me know that they could credit my points this time as a courtesy, citing the two-week rule. So, what’s the point of using the app if it’s such a hassle?
Eh ... I really want to like Firehouse subs because I think they do really good with helping get equipment to first responders.... But the food is absolutely gross... I got a meatball sub and there was so much oregano on it it tasted like I was licking grass. (And I'm Italian, so I have no problem with seasonings, but there's no flavor... The service was good... That's really all I can say
It was HAIR in my food, and they refused to give me a FULL refund. They only refunded 8.64 for the sub where the hair was...but why would I want the rest of the meal?? Which I left with them chips and a drink..we being legally robbed..why not wear hair nets to prevent the problem instead taking my hard earned money... Customer satisfaction should be the daily goal...
Fast, clean, smells amazing inside. Great location.
Cajun chicken not spicy, but that's on me. Driving 40 minutes home and did not want soggy sandwiches, so ordered dry. Really needed the Cajun mayo. Hero and Italian sandwichs were great. Definitely going back next time I am in Greenwood.
