My husband and I entered the restaurant and thought it had a lovely atmosphere at first. However, I ended up waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes while the general manager was aggressively handling things behind the counter, completely ignoring us and other guests. Her demeanor was quite unfriendly, and because of this experience, I won't be returning. She really needs to work on multitasking and setting a better tone. It’s too early in the day for such a negative attitude.
