Pizza Hut - Abbeville

I ordered 2 personal pan pizza and got 2 very thin crust pizza. Very nasty and very unsatisfied customer. I will never order from this restaurant ever again

Service was terrible. Our pasta come out then it 10 mins later the other pasta come out then the pizza. All the food come in to go containers.

Went in for lunch expecting a somewhat quick pick-up and go. Waited fifteen minutes at the counter before a junky looking white woman finally said she'd be with me in a minute. I waited five more minutes and left. Waste of almost my entire lunch break. Maybe don't hire an obvious drug addict.

This store was relatively fine a few months back, but since the arrival of the replacement GM it has gotten ridiculous. Going in-store while this general manager, Zea, is there means service isn't guaranteed. Chances are you'll be left waiting for up to THIRTY minutes at the front counter while she blatantly ignores you, and when she does decide to come to the counter she is rude, impatient, and erratic like an addict. I hear complaints from staff of her condescending attitude and can actually see the disrespectful notes she leaves for her employees. A meth head like that has no place in customer service.

Paid $23 for a supreme stuffed crust pizza. It wasn't stuffed. When calling the location I was told I would be given a $15 refund...instead of $23... for which I still haven't seen. The woman I spoke with sounded very robotic and scripted. No real emotion or care.
