Carl's Jr. - Abbotsford

This location is closing and is being turned into a "Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shakes. "these Carls Jr burgers in Canada dont taste quite like the ones at the Carls Jr 's in the USdiscovered they are using only Canadian beef in the burgershowever its hard to fathom that Canadian beef would taste THAT much inferior or different to American beef being that the cows are essentially raised on the same North American soil

One bad experience, that's life. Two bad experiences, tolerable. Three bad experiences, inexcusable. The last experience, being the worst.No beef burgers available. Okay. However, we couldn't order chicken either, as the fryer was out of order.Every time there is something out of stock. I guess it's on me if we ever try them again!

Was dining in the evening.And a short girl not in uniform comes in and starts yelling at one of the employee. She was very rude. Dont know if she was the owner or any manager but was yelling . Really bad, those are not slaves they are called employees for a reason. INHUMANE.

I've now went here several times and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. The cashiers are either not trained properly or they truly don't care at all.My last experience I went through the drive through. Ordered two famous star meals, was asked if I had a coupon, I said yes, then I asked to upgrade the fries and was told no, I can't do that. No explanation even though I've done it many times in the past. I was the only one in line so I went up to the window after ordering and paid. I was given my drinks and then ignored for 11 minutes. Not one update, no apology for making me wait. Just handed my stuff and told to have a nice day. The staff for the most part are rude and unfriendly and as much as I enjoy the food I think I'm done going there. The fact that the place is never busy tells me this location isn't going to be lasting much longer anyways.

Ordered teriyaki burger with extra pineapple. I was not asked chicken or beef. I presumed beef as I did not ask for chicken. Got home and it was chicken. Gas there to return burger, costs more than burger. Did not want chicken. Very disappointed.
