Dairy Queen - Aberdeen

So slow, unorganized, and incompetent. Not giving receipts with order #s to customers. Walking out and just saying what they have on a tray. The wrong food going to different people. Serving people the wrong food to people who just ordered when the people that order 20 minutes ago are still waiting for their orders. Just shows not to higher this current young generation to do anything. I've been waiting more than 20 minutes for two three-piece chicken sandwiches and a hamburger.

I used to really like this location but in the past few months it's been.. interesting. The staff have become short and rude and I have found hair in my food multiple times. Having experience working in fast food I completely understand the stress and how sometimes people have bad days but the consistency in the bad attitude and food is kinda disappointing. At this point I'd rather go to taco bell and risk getting food poisoning once in a while.

Dined in. Staff extremely friendly. Inside clean. Food fresh and great quality. Visit was exceptionally great!

Manager was extremely rude. My pregnant wife needed to use the restroom so bad and they forced me to pay and make a transaction to use the disgusting bathroom treating us like local tweakers.

This Dairy Queen is nostalgic to me for a couple of reasons such as the 1960's diner design and the fact I grew up coming here but it is also a clean, humble and friendly environment for anyone who wants a late night treat. The staff are very sweet and professional and if an order may be incorrect... They are quick to resolve the matter. Highly recommend!
