Dunkin' - Aberdeen

There are many reviews about the employees and their supposedly slow service. When I stopped here, I saw the staff grabbing their ass at work. The long delays were caused by indecisive customers. How hard is it to order a donut and a coffee? I loved my drink and muffin. They were as good as advertised.

I give the young lady who was the only employee who just worked a HUGE compliment. She made a great task to fill orders from herself while all these angry customers gave her a hard time. Obviously, it is not her fault that there were no other workers, but she held her own despite these rude customers who surrounded the counter, staring down and saying rude things. Oh, and she made my coffee perfect. The owner of this facility should give her an increase. She was a young African American lady and she had a patch over an eye.
